The service

YesYesYes is a free habit tracker. You sign in with your Google or Apple account, define the habits you want to keep, and tap "Yes" each day you keep one.

Your account

You are responsible for the habits you create and the data you enter. Keep your Google or Apple account secure — anyone with access to it can reach your YesYesYes data.

Your data

Your habits and check-ins belong to you. You can export them as CSV from the app at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing nader@agentmail.to. See the privacy policy for details on what we store.

Connected apps

If you connect YesYesYes to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT through our MCP server, that assistant can read and manage your habits only with your explicit approval, and only within your account. You can revoke access at any time by removing the connector.

No guarantees

YesYesYes is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. YesYesYes is a habit tool, not medical, psychological or professional advice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
