What we store

Your name and email from Google or Apple sign-in, the habits you create, the days you check in, and your reminder time.

How it's used

Only to run the app for you: showing your habits, streaks, calendar and reminders. We don't sell your data or show ads.

Connected apps (ChatGPT)

If you connect YesYesYes to ChatGPT or another assistant, it can — only after you tap Allow — read your habits and check-ins, log check-ins, and add, edit or remove habits on your behalf. It can't see other users' data. Your requests are processed by that assistant under its own privacy policy.

Your control

You can export all your data as CSV from the app at any time. To delete your account and data, email nader@agentmail.to.
