YesYesYes for AI assistants (MCP)

YesYesYes speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so assistants like ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor can ask “did I keep my habits today?” and log a yes for you — as you, with your permission.

Server URL

Point any MCP client at:

https://yesyesyes.day/api/public/mcp

It uses JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTP (Streamable HTTP transport) and answers initialize, tools/list and tools/call.

What your assistant can do

list_habits

List your habits with whether each was kept today and the current streak.

log_habit

Say yes (or undo it) for a habit on any day — today or in the past.

get_history

Get kept days per habit for a date range. Defaults to the last 30 days.

create_habit

Add a new habit to track, e.g. “No Sugar”, with its own emoji and color.

update_habit

Rename a habit or change its emoji or color.

remove_habit

Remove a habit from your list. Past check-ins are kept.

How to connect

ChatGPT

Settings → Connectors → Create → paste the server URL and sign in.

Claude

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the server URL.

Cursor & other MCP clients

Add a remote MCP server with the URL https://yesyesyes.day/api/public/mcp.

Access & privacy

When an assistant connects, it asks you to sign in with your YesYesYes account (Google or Apple) and tap Allow. From then on it can only ever see and change your habits — every request runs with your identity, and you can revoke access at any time by removing the connector. Dates are always handled in your local time zone (YYYY-MM-DD). See our privacy policy.
